TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
IslamiCruise® International Sdn Bhd, advises all users to read the Terms and Conditions as outlined below. By making a booking of IslamiCruise® Malaysia-Saudia, you agree to the Terms and Conditions below and agree that you fully understand them. Please also ensure you have read and understood the itinerary and style of the cabin you are booking. IslamiCruise® International Sdn Bhd, accepts bookings subject to the following conditions: Notwithstanding the above, any terms and conditions by the cruise operator overlap this terms and conditions, the terms and conditions of the cruise operator shall apply.
1. THE ISLAMICRUISE® MALAYSIA-SAUDIA CONTRACT
By making a booking, you have agreed to these terms and conditions on behalf of all individuals included in the booking. The services to be provided are those in your booking confirmation invoice. Changes or variations to these terms and conditions are prohibited unless done under the authority of IslamiCruise® International.
2. INITIAL PAYMENT
Participants is required to pay an initial payment of 30% of the total cost of the package. Please refer payment timeline for the time of payment. All price listed are on a per travellers’ basis. All prices listed are in Malaysia currency. Price is inclusive of all included tour features as listed on the tour inclusive packages.
All participant shall follow the payment schedule provided in the booking system. Any schedule payment were not made on time, IslamiCruise® International Sdn Bhd, has the right to cancel the booking and penalty charges apply.
3. CHILD POLICY & PRICING
IslamiCruise® Malaysia-Saudia offered FREE CHILD POLICY for 3rd/4th children sharing same cabin with adults.
The children have to be aged below 11 years (before their 11th years birthday) as on the date of sailing.
Infants sailing on a cruise must be at least 6 months old as of the date of sailing.
Surcharge apply for each child for Services, Port Tax and Tipping Charges at RM3,500 Per Pax)
3rd and 4th Guest 50% Sharing Policy
To eligible for the third and forth guest sharing policy, guest has to meet the below criteria.
- Children age above 12 years old travel with parents
- Father OR Mother of guest who is unfit to stay alone and required accompany
- Handicap guest who is unfit to stay alone and required accompany
- Other reason that required sharing room, guest can request from IslamiCruise® Sales for approval.
All request made are subject to availability.
4. REFUND & CANCELLATION
4.1 CANCELLATION
Cancellation fees may apply to any cancellations by the travellers and has to be in written or email to Sales Department of IslamiCruise® International Sdn Bhd at islamicruiseinternational@gmail.com.
Unless otherwise specified, the cancelation policy as below :-
Bookings are not-refundable but can be transfer to another customers not less than 31 days prior to sailing. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to sailing, Administration fees of RM200 per person apply for transferring booking to another customer subject to management approval.
4.2 NO SHOW
No show are handled as same as cancellations. Should you failed to show up during your sailing date, the booking is not refundable and request will not be entertained.
4.3 NAME TRANSFER
All customers are allowed to transfer booking to a substitute person without any additional charges not less than 31 days prior to sailing. An administrative charge of RM200 per pax apply for name transfer less than 30 days prior to sailing. Name transfer are subject to management approval if made within 30 days.
4.4 CANCELLATION OF ISLAMICRUISE® MALAYSIA-SAUDIA
IslamiCruise® International Sdn Bhd., may cancel a sailing at any time prior to departure if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability, or other external events it is not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary. If we cancel your tour, you can transfer amounts paid to an alternate departure date or, alternatively, receive a full refund. In circumstances where the cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control, refunds will be less any unrecoverable costs. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking, including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, travel insurance, or non-refundable flights.
4.5 AMENDMENT OF CRUISE ITINERARY
IslamiCruise® International Sdn Bhd., endeavours to undertake the program as described on IslamiCruise® Malaysia-Saudia Program. The itinerary provided is representative of the activities planned; however, the route, amenities and port may be subject to change without prior notice due to local circumstances or events. If we make a major change before departure, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. We reserve the right to change an itinerary after departure due to local circumstances or events outside of our control.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
All payment has to be made exclusively to IslamiCruise® International Sdn Bhd., as below:-

6. CONFIRMATION & TICKET
6.1 CONFIRMATION
Upon receipt of full payment, IslamiCruise® International Sdn Bhd, will issue a ticket via email for IslamiCruise® Malaysia-Saudia. This should arrive within 24 hours (usually immediately). If a confirmation email has not been received please contact a IslamiCruise® International Sdn Bhd representative as soon as possible.
6.2 TICKET
The ticket should be issue not later than 14 days upon 100% payment received. The lead traveller must present the original ticket issued by IslamiCruise® International Sdn Bhd at the port during embarkation. IslamiCruise® International Sdn Bhd or Cruise Operator reserves the right to refuse service to any travellers not able to provide their ticket during embarkation process at the immigration.
7. PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITY
All travellers participating in the IslamiCruise® Malaysia-Saudia are responsible for themselves and their actions at all times. Should a traveller’s actions be deemed unsafe, offensive or inflammatory, or hinder the enjoyment of anyone else on the tour, IslamiCruise® International Sdn Bhd, reserves the right to have this person removed from the tour. No refund will be supplied. You must at all times comply with the laws, customs, foreign exchange, and drug regulations of all countries visited, and you also agree to travel in accordance with our responsible travel guidelines.
8. ACCEPTANCE OF RISK
You acknowledge that your tour may involve a degree of personal risk. You may be visiting places where the political, cultural, and geographical attributes present dangers and physical challenges greater than those present in your daily life. We use information from government foreign departments and reports from our own contacts in assessing whether a IslamiCruise® Malaysia-Saudia should operate. However, it is also your own responsibility to acquaint yourself with all possible relevant travel information. You acknowledge that your decision to travel is made in light of consideration of this information and you accept that you are aware of the personal risks attendant upon such travel.
9. TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is a requirement that all travellers doing a IslamiCruise® Malaysia-Saudia have valid and comprehensive travel insurance. Neither IslamiCruise® International Sdn Bhd, nor Partner can be held responsible for any liability, expenses, or losses you incur as a result of being inadequately insured. We strongly recommend that at the time of booking a comprehensive travel insurance policy is purchased.
10. PASSPORT & VISA
Unless travelling domestically, travellers must carry a valid passport and have obtained the appropriate visas when travelling with IslamiCruise® Malaysia-Saudia program. Please ensure your passport is valid for 6 months beyond the duration of the trip. It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of the correct visas for your holiday. IslamiCruise® International Sdn Bhd and Partners cannot accept responsibility if you are refused entry to a country because you lack the correct visa documentation.
11. PHOTO & MARKETING
You consent to IslamiCruise® International Sdn Bhd using images of you taken during the tour for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium we choose. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable licence to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes.
12. TERMS OF USE
12.1
By using www.pelayaranislamik.com / www.islamicruises.com, IslamiCruise® International Sdn Bhd distributors, and/or affiliates, the travellers agree to be bound by the conditions outlined in these terms and conditions.
12.2
By engaging with IslamiCruise® International Sdn Bhd, the travellers agree to do so for lawful purposes only
12.3
When engaging with IslamiCruise® International Sdn Bhd, the travellers agree to do so for personal purposes and not for their own personal commercial gain. The travellers also agree not to enter into any fraudulent activity while travelling with IslamiCruise® Malaysia-Saudia.
13. PRIVACY POLICY
Any personal information that we collect about you may be used for any purpose associated with the operation of IslamiCruise® Malaysia-Saudia program or to send you marketing material in relation to our events and special offers. The information may be disclosed to our agents, service providers, or other suppliers to enable us to operate your tour. We will otherwise treat your details in accordance with our privacy policy.
We are committed to protect your privacy. We do not sell, share or trade customer’s personal information collected online with third parties. Please read the Statement of Privacy to be more aware about our policy on collecting, using and disclosing any information.
You agree that the personal information we collect from you will be used and or shared within our corporate group and to third parties for one, part of or all of the following purposes :
- To deliver products of “Pelayaran Islamik/IslamiCruise” that you purchase from our website.
- To inform and update you on the delivery of the product Pelayaran Islamik/IslamiCruise and for customer support purposes;
- To provide you with relevant product information;
- To process your orders and to provide you with the services and information offered through our website and which you may request;
- To allow us to administer your registered account with us;
- To confirm to legal requirements or comply with legal process;
- To verify and carry out financial transactions in relation to payments you may make online or offline.

14. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

IslamiCruise® International Sdn Bhd and partners shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property.

IslamiCruise® International Sdn Bhd and partners accept no responsibility for any sickness, acts of crime, labour disputes, governmental actions, acts of war/or terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transport, or for any misadventure’s casualty or any other causes beyond their control.
14.3
IslamiCruise® International Sdn Bhd maintains information that is accurate to the best of our knowledge; however does not warrant that content and information provided on www.pelayaranislamik.com will be without error that functionality of the websites uninterrupted or without error
14.4
IslamiCruise® International Sdn Bhd will not accept responsibility or liability for any travellers who contravenes any law, statutes or regulations of any country visited.
14.5
14.5 IslamiCruise® International Sdn Bhd has made effort to ensure special guest, Scholars, Muftis, Speaker, Ustaz, Ustazah is or are present to deliver their service at this event, under no circumstances shall the Company or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or licensors be held liable for anyone or all the above mention cannot or do not turn up or show up or fail to turn up at this event due to reasons beyond our control.
15. UPDATING OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
IslamiCruise® International Sdn Bhd reserves the right to update and/or alter these terms and conditions at any time. The latest terms and conditions can always be found on our website www.pelayaranislamik.com and will immediately replace any previous versions.
